In his office at Arizona, USA, Saju Scaria is busy day and night. Deputy General Manager of IBM Global Services India, his significance can be judged by the Outstanding Leadership award conferred on him by the company.
Saju
Scaria, who was born at Kodamattam, Aarakkunnam, Ernakulam began
his academic pursuits from the U.P.School at Edakkattuvayal.
After completing Pre Degree from Maharajas College, Ernakulam, he
obtained degree in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering,
Thiruvananthapuram. Later he
did his post graduation in Aerospace Engineering from Indian Institute of
Science, Bangalore.
Saju
who completed his education with National Merit Scholarship joined the
Indian Air Force as a commissioned officer.
Here he was involved in the aeronautics-related research activities
of Defence Research Development Organisation.
Scaria,
who looks after Banking, Finance and Business areas of his company, is at
pains to repeat that there is no substitute for hardwork.
His
wife Shiny is an IT consultant in the same company.
They have 2 children: 5th standard student Rinku and 1st
standard student Roshan.
