By returning to the owner currency and cheques found in his vehicle, autorickshaw driver Prasad, Nandavanam Garden, Killippalam, Thiruvananthapuram has won the appreciation of all.
The incident occurred at 12.30 p.m. on November 29, when Abdul Sattar from Kamaleswaram, who on getting down from Prasad’s autorickshaw KL 01 H 916, left behind his bag containing US$ 1000 and cheques worth the same amount.
City Police Commissioner Rajan Singh too complemented Prasad for his honest deed.
