For his effort to disseminate to the milk producers the principles of animal husbandry through photo exhibition and farm journalism, the Animal Husbandry Department has sanctioned ‘Good Service Entry’ to Dr. P.V.Mohanan, Veterinary Surgeon, Kannapuram Veterinary Hospital, Kannur.
Earlier, in 1996 also, the Department had sanctioned a ‘Good Service Entry’ to him for the similar inspiring work.
